UVG offers shipping exclusively within Canada. We are committed to ensuring that your order is dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

At UVG, we aim to ensure that your experience with our eyecare products meets your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, under the following conditions:

1. Unopened Products: All unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition you received it, without any signs of use or tampering with the original packaging.
2. Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, any products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a return or refund.

Please note that all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving your return, UVG reserves the right to inspect the item(s) before processing a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
